I spent years building what most people would call a dream career climbing, achieving, leading at the top levels of corporate finance.

 

I did everything “right.”
I built the career everyone admired.
I made myself reliable, capable, unshakeable.

 

And then, somewhere in the middle of all that "success," I hit a wall I couldn't outthink or outwork my way through.

I was exhausted, disconnected, and quietly wondering, "Is this it?"

 

I didn’t talk about it.
Most high achievers don’t.
We keep going, hoping the misalignment will fix itself.

It rarely does.

 

It wasn’t a dramatic moment that changed everything, just small, honest whispers that slowly got louder:  “This isn’t you anymore.”  “You’ve changed.”  “It’s time to come home to yourself.”

 

Listening to those whispers took courage I didn’t know I had. It took humility.

 

What I discovered was that I wasn't lost.

I was just misaligned.

Who I had become no longer fit the career I had built.

That realization changed everything.

It forced me to stop performing to everyone else's expectations and start listening - to myself.

 

Through a lot of trial and error (and plenty of humility), I learned how to strip away everyone else's definitions of success, rebuild from self-awareness, and design a career that actually fit the woman I had become.

 

And now, that process - refined and tested with hundreds of clients is what I teach inside The Turning Point Series, The 'Reinvention Code' Series and my Entrepreneurial Start-up Coaching Series.

 

This isn't theory.

It's not something I learned from a certification course or borrowed from someone else's playbook.

This is real-world transformation born out of experience…out of walking the same path you're standing on right now.

I am a former finance executive with experience in both Fortune 500 and private-equity organizations.  I have been a coach for 15+ years and a corporate finance leader, small business consultant, and mentor for 25+ years.  I made successful career changes from corporate finance to small business consulting and career coaching.
