Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: May 22, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to Career Resilience services and any related packages, upgrades, add-ons, coaching supports, digital products, consulting services, or future services purchased from Julie R Delgado, LLC dba Unlimited Potential with Julie Rose.

By using this website, scheduling a consult, submitting information, purchasing a service, or engaging with any related materials, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Provided

Unlimited Potential with Julie Rose provides career strategy, career coaching, positioning support, resume and LinkedIn direction, interview preparation, professional narrative development, job search strategy, and related career development services.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Career Resilience System services

  • Executive Edge upgrades

  • Fast Track upgrades

  • Confident Interview Mastery support

  • Resume, LinkedIn, and career narrative support

  • Networking, positioning, and job search strategy support

  • Future career strategy products, add-ons, coaching supports, or digital resources

Services are intended to support career clarity, positioning, confidence, communication, and strategic action. They do not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, income, job offers, recruiter responses, or any specific career outcome.

2. Consult-Based Services

Some services may require a consult before purchase or fulfillment. A consult helps determine whether the service is the right fit for the client’s goals, timing, needs, and circumstances.

Unlimited Potential with Julie Rose reserves the right to decline a service request if the service does not appear to be the right fit, if the requested timeline is not feasible, if the client needs support outside the scope of the service, or if other business or ethical concerns apply.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information.

This may include resumes, LinkedIn information, career history, target roles, job postings, intake form responses, background details, feedback, and any other materials needed to complete the work.

Delivery timelines may depend on the client’s timely submission of required materials, clarifying information, payment, and responses to follow-up questions.

If information is missing, unclear, delayed, inaccurate, or materially changes after work has begun, timelines and scope may be affected.

4. Scope of Work

The scope of each service is based on the package, product, upgrade, add-on, or agreement purchased.

Services include only the deliverables specifically described at the time of purchase, in the applicable service description, invoice, checkout page, consult summary, or written confirmation.

Additional work, major direction changes, new target roles, new documents, additional revisions, strategy changes, or requests outside the original scope may require a separate fee or additional service purchase.

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines begin only after required payment, intake materials, client documents, clarifying information, and any other required inputs have been received.

Standard Career Resilience services generally follow the delivery window stated at purchase or consult.

Fast Track services may be available for certain projects when timing allows. Fast Track availability is not guaranteed. Unlimited Potential with Julie Rose reserves the right to decline a Fast Track purchase and return the Fast Track fee if time constraints, workload, missing information, complexity, or other circumstances make the accelerated timeline infeasible.

If a client delays submission of required materials or responses, the delivery timeline may be extended.

6. Payments

Payment is required according to the terms provided at checkout, by invoice, or in the written purchase instructions.

Work may not begin until payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are based on the service, package, upgrade, add-on, or support purchased.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Because many services are customized, strategy-based, and time-intensive, fees may be non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a service has not yet begun, refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the timing of the request, the type of service purchased, and any administrative or processing costs already incurred.

Fast Track fees may be refunded if Unlimited Potential with Julie Rose determines that the accelerated timeline cannot reasonably be honored.

Refunds are not provided because a client changes their mind after work has begun, does not use completed materials, delays participation, changes direction, or does not achieve a specific employment or career outcome.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Career outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of Unlimited Potential with Julie Rose, including market conditions, employer decisions, applicant qualifications, timing, networking activity, interview performance, client follow-through, economic conditions, and hiring needs.

Unlimited Potential with Julie Rose does not guarantee:

  • Job offers

  • Interviews

  • Promotions

  • Salary increases

  • Recruiter responses

  • Employer responses

  • Placement outcomes

  • Business income

The services are designed to improve clarity, positioning, communication, strategy, and momentum, not to guarantee external outcomes.

Unlimited Potential with Julie Rose also reserves the right to delete client data, files, drafts, intake responses, or related materials when operationally necessary, including due to storage limits, system organization, security practices, business needs, or the passage of time.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients should assume that files and project materials may be deleted after a reasonable period, including after twelve months. Clients are responsible for downloading, saving, and maintaining their own copies of final deliverables.

14. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methods, prompts, templates, tools, workbooks, worksheets, scripts, systems, processes, strategy structures, educational materials, and service materials created by Unlimited Potential with Julie Rose remain the intellectual property of Unlimited Potential with Julie Rose unless otherwise stated in writing.
