About Me  -

 

I’m Julie Delgado, a career strategist and coach with a background that blends corporate leadership, finance, entrepreneurship, and more than 15 years of coaching experience.

 

Before becoming a career coach, I spent 20+ years in corporate finance and leadership roles, including senior-level responsibility in complex business environments. That experience gives me a practical understanding of how professionals are evaluated, positioned, promoted, hired, and sometimes overlooked.

 

Today, I help professionals clarify their value, strengthen their career narrative, and build a more intentional path forward, especially during moments of uncertainty, transition, or reinvention.

I am a graduate of the University of Illinois with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I have been a coach for 15+ years and a corporate finance leader and mentor for 25+ years.  I made a successful career change from corporate finance to entrepreneurship and coaching. What I learned on my journey helped me develop my transformational coaching series to shorten your learning curve.

I provide executive coaching to startup entrepreneurs and other high-potential individuals seeking to advance their careers in a new direction by helping them design their next career chapter and transition into roles that capitalize on their competitive differences, strengths, skills, and interests.

​My coaching style is warm, direct, strategic, and deeply honest. I help clients see patterns they may be too close to recognize, translate their experience into clearer language, and take practical steps toward a career direction that fits who they are now.
